I need to compile a ***DETAILED*** list of exactly what we need to do with each blog post (structure, etc.), which SPECIFIC plugins we should use, settings to make internally to the WordPress software, which sites it should "ping" and how to make sure it pings those sites automatically with every post, and anything else we need to know to make sure that we're doing it exactly correct from the beginning.
